Peer-to-peer Coaching

Peer-to-peer Coaching is on-the-job training for leadership. It’s ideal for developing new or emerging leaders. Cross-functional teams are organized to solve issues to advance day-to-day work within a department. The team leader role is rotated among the team members – Every member takes a turn leading the team. Within this program, we help you facilitate a learning process from which new leaders emerge.

Peer-to-peer coaching happens on the job, so it’s a little different than a traditional “course.” Real work gets accomplished while peer-to-peer coaching takes place.
