Learn a framework for implementing decisions to ensure the highest chance of success possible

Description

Right Decisions In Action™ presents a system for implementing decisions with the highest chance of success.
How it Works:

Discussion – Using PowerPoint slides as prompts, the facilitator leads participants in talking about successful and failed implementations to reveal from their own experience the elements and factors critical to effective implementation.

Following along with PowerPoint slides, the facilitator reviews three critical areas: how to assess the difficulty of an implementation, how to address the key elements of a successful implementation, and how to create a structured, methodical implementation plan.

Facilitator reviews the Implementation Tool Kit as a resource for constructing an implementation plan. Participants apply the Implementation Toolkit to a practice case while creating an implementation plan.
Facilitator leads a group dialogue about issues during a review of the practice case. In addition to providing key points from the lecture and practice training cases, the participant workbook provides all the forms (i.e., tools), which participants can use later to apply this new learning to implementation challenges they may face.
