Executive Leader Coaching

We offer a variety of coaching packages based on your need.  Typically our engagements last three, six or twelve months.  During this time we will meet with the executive face to face at least once per month and every other week for one hour by phone.  In between, our coaches make themselves available as needed by the executive.

Description

Our Executive Leader Coaching

The Discovery Process

We assess the executive’s leadership strengths and potential de-railers.  We then calibrate leadership competencies and skills with the critical success factors required in their position.  We do this by employing techniques and tools most appropriate for the situation that may include:

  • Interviewing others in the executives’ sphere of influence
  • Deploying a 360 degree feedback assessment
  • Observing the executive conducting business meetings, interviews, or presentations
  • Having the executive complete a series of self-assessments

Roadmap to Success™
Clarifying core issues and targeting strategies for success

Working closely with their coach, the executive leader will establish a Roadmap to Success™. This Roadmap is clearly defined, focuses on achievable goals, and defines and tracks measureables to demonstrate progress.  Armed with techniques to reinforce strengths and manage potential de-railers, the executive will be able to achieve dramatic improvements in their leadership effectiveness now and in the future.

Who Should Attend

Executive Leader Coaching is recommended for high-potential managers moving into executive positions or high potential executives who are ready for greater challenges in their careers.

Why Engage a Coach?

Today, executive coaching has become the preferred method for developing leaders in organizations.  In one recent study, 80% of companies said they used coaching to sharpen the skills of individuals targeted as future leaders.

Another article published by Harvard Business Review, revealed organizations utilize coaches most often for three reasons; transitioning leaders into new positions and situations, developing future leaders and having a sounding board for today’s complex business environment.

Why do Successful Leaders Choose Coaching?
Successful leaders look for that edge to help them perform better in today’s fast paced business environment.  Executive Leader Coaching provides an avenue to build a leader’s self-awareness and emotional intelligence, improve decision-making and interpersonal relationships, transition into new positions and cultures and challenge an individual’s thinking and behaviors so the leaders can continue to grow and develop to their fullest.

ROI?
In a study conducted by the Manchester Review, 43 executives who provided a numerical estimate reported between $100,000 and $1 million as a return on investment in executive coaching.  As the study indicates, coaching can be the key to success and financial reward for both the executive and their organization.
